Casa Pluma is a dream location: with a marvellous view of the landscape of Cala Comte, rich in architectural details and unique features, this magnificent villa on two levels can accommodate up to 10 people.
The style of Casa Pluma follows the tones of white and cream: this colour palette is enriched by the blue, green and brown of the furnishing details and the colours of the surrounding nature.
The façade of the villa follows the typical Ibizan style, minimal but classy, at times exotic: the terrace housing the swimming pool looks like a painting. The incredible infinity pool and deckchairs are placed right in front of this fantastic landscape, which can already be glimpsed from the entrance to the house on the opposite side, thanks to the open structure that characterises the house.
In the shaded area there is a dining table perfect for 8 diners, communicating with the living room that becomes one with the outdoor area thanks to the huge sliding window that separates them.
Enriching the living area is a large sofa on the side, the apotheosis of relaxation.
The living area leads to the kitchen, which is spacious and modern, and fully conforms to Mediterranean aesthetic standards.
With the exception of the bedrooms, which are fitted with wooden doors in a refined style, all the rooms in the house are separated by masonry porches; the resulting effect is that of a bright and fresh environment from which, at a glance, it is possible to catch a small glimpse of every space in the house.
The bedrooms are spacious and equipped with every comfort; the design is refined, although each has its own personal touch.
Casa Pluma has two double bedrooms on the upper floor, equipped with an en-suite bathroom and a private cloakroom; on the lower floor it has two more double bedrooms, also equipped with an en-suite bathroom and an incredible sea view and, finally, the fifth bedroom with two single beds and a private bathroom.
